Nudo is a product of Unbroker LLC ("Unbroker," "Nudo," "we," "us," or "our"). We provide financial operations software and related websites and services to businesses (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through the Services. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you use Nudo on behalf of a company or another organization, this policy also applies to the information you provide in that business capacity.
1. Scope
Nudo is intended for businesses and their authorized representatives. It is not designed for personal, family, or household financial management.
Our customers may connect financial accounts and business tools to Nudo or upload information about their employees, contractors, customers, and vendors. In those cases, we process that information to provide the Services on the customer's behalf. If your information was provided to us by a Nudo customer, please contact that customer first to exercise rights relating to that information.
This policy does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services, even when they are linked to or integrated with Nudo. Their privacy policies govern their handling of information.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
Depending on how you use Nudo, we may collect:
- Account information, such as your name, business email, password credentials, job title, and organization membership.
- Business profile information, including legal and trade names, industry, jurisdiction, currency, fiscal settings, and company branding.
- Financial and accounting information, such as transactions, balances, invoices, bills, journal entries, chart of accounts, budgets, forecasts, and supporting documents.
- Customer, vendor, employee, and contractor information that you choose to add to the Services.
- Communications, feedback, support requests, and other information you send to us.
Information from connected services
When you connect a bank, payment processor, accounting system, payroll provider, spend platform, or other third-party service, we receive the information that you authorize that provider to share. This may include account details, balances, transactions, counterparties, invoices, payments, payroll records, and related metadata. The scope depends on the integration and the permissions you grant. You can disconnect integrations through Nudo, although we may retain previously imported information as described below.
Information collected automatically
We may automatically collect technical and usage information when you access the Services, including your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, timestamps, features used, actions taken, session information, and diagnostic logs. We use cookies and similar technologies where needed to authenticate users, remember preferences, maintain security, and understand product performance.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, synchronize, and support the Services.
- Organize financial data and generate reports, insights, forecasts, and other features requested by customers.
- Authenticate users, administer organizations, process payments, and communicate about accounts and service updates.
- Respond to questions, support requests, and product feedback.
- Monitor reliability, troubleshoot issues, improve existing features, and develop new ones.
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unlawful activity.
- Comply with law, enforce our agreements, and protect the rights, safety, and property of our customers, Unbroker, and others.
We may create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably identify you and use it for analytics, benchmarking, research, and improving the Services. We do not use a customer's confidential financial data to advertise third-party products to that customer.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and business records. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, the customer's settings and instructions, and applicable law.
When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period and will be protected from further use until deleted through our normal backup lifecycle.
6. Your choices and rights
You can update certain account and organization information from within Nudo, disconnect integrations, and manage browser cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working correctly.
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal our response or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including controls appropriate to the sensitivity of financial and account data. No system, network, or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, maintaining appropriate access to your organization, and promptly notifying us if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
8. International transfers
Unbroker and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
9. Children
The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Nudo and applicable laws evolve. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
